No. Essential is designed to keep you informed through Live Alerts and weekly manager emails. If you want to explore the data yourself, Professional and Enterprise include subscriber access to the facility market dashboard.

What is the difference between Essential, Professional and Enterprise?

Essential includes custom facility setup, competitor monitoring, Live Alerts, weekly manager emails and rate suggestions. Professional adds the dashboard, rate history, street-rate comparisons and saved reports. Enterprise adds hands-on web rate management, Google Business Profile management and direct pricing-management support.

Can I compare rates by unit size?

Yes. Professional and Enterprise include Street-Rate Comparison by unit size, along with facility-specific competitor comparisons and historical market context.

Will Ray's Rates change my advertised rates?

Essential and Professional provide information and suggestions for your team to review. Enterprise includes hands-on web rate management, where Ray's Rates sets and updates your facility's advertised web rates as part of the service.

Can Ray's Rates support more than one facility?

Yes. Pricing is per facility, per month, and custom multi-facility arrangements are available. Professional and Enterprise include company-scoped access to your included facilities. Contact us to discuss your locations.
